In the rare case that you find our product to be ‘not as ordered’ or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please simply contact us by email with your order number and details of the issue, and we will get it resolved for you right away.
Once the order setup/design process has begun (generally within 12-24 hours after an order is placed), we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for customised items. These products are custom made to order, and are unable to be resold once printed.
If you are in need of replacement graphics due to your graphics being worn or damaged, you can purchase discounted reprints of individual pieces from previous orders via our online store.
We ship graphics to every corner of the world. We use only Express Freight Services with tracking, to ensure you get your order quickly, and can constantly track its progress.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number is generally active within 24 hours of dispatch.
