PROCESS
Once we have received the order, we will go ahead and begin a design using the details you have stated. After your kit has been designed, we'll email you a flat proof, and you can ask for any changes or add any ideas you desire.
PLEASE NOTE
A design fee of $100 is a non-refundable item. If you contact us to cancel your order BEFORE we commence any design work on your order, we may be able to refund the fee to you. But once we have commenced with design you, you are no longer able to get the fee amount refunded. If you do not like the design work done for you and decide to go elsewhere, you cannot re-claim your design fee, it is forfeited to SKDA. This is the point of the fee, it covers our time to design the kit up for you, regardless of whether or not the kit purchase is completed.
